43rd Annual Ann Arbor Film Festival at KFJC

So the Ann Arbor Film Festival is coming again to Foothill Junior College as it does each year next weekend (Saturday/Sunday June 11/12). I've gone many years in the past, with various different people, and each year it is an absolute treat. Saturday is 7PM-11PM and Sunday is 6PM-10PM. Cost is 5-10$ sliding scale. Let me know if you'd like to come along since I imagine we'll be carpooling. It's located at Foothill Junior College, the home of KFJC, in Los Altos Hills. We can go either day since it's two identical showings. The show will be at Appreciation Hall, Room 1500 on the Foothill College Campus. Admission benefits KFJC, one of my favorite radio stations. If you're going on your own don't forget 8 quarters for parking.

    dianna! there’s one called fugue!
“FUGUE – Trish Van Huesen Prescott, Ontario experimental 7
Inspired by musical and psychological definitions, FUGUE examines the dark flight from identity and environment. Hand processing and the juxtaposition of positive and negative footage depict the journey of a woman as she shifts between being black or white adn widow or bride.”

No, no, it’s no good. That’s exactly the opposite of what I wanted it to be. I don’t want running away from things, I want running after things.
It’s over between us, fugue. You’re not the word I thought you were.
